The stones

What grade of moissanite do you set?

D–E–F colour, VVS1 clarity, in every piece. We do not run a lower tier.

Will it lose its fire?

No. Silicon carbide is chemically stable and does not degrade with wear. Loss of sparkle is a cleaning problem, not a stone problem.

Is it lab-grown?

Yes. Natural moissanite exists only in trace amounts in meteoritic material, so every stone on the market is grown. Ours take two to three months to form.

How do carat weights work with moissanite?

Moissanite is slightly less dense than diamond, so a stone of the same millimetre diameter weighs a little less. We list carat weight, and we list the millimetre diameter alongside it, because the diameter is what you actually see.

Metals and sizing

What are the settings made of?

925 sterling silver, rhodium plated, or 14k gold. Both are hypoallergenic. Nickel is not used in contact surfaces.

What if I order the wrong ring size?

Send it back within thirty days and we will exchange it. See the size guide before you order — it takes two minutes and usually settles it.

Can rings be resized?

Plain bands, usually. Set bands and eternity styles, no — the stone spacing does not survive it. Order the size, do not plan to alter it.

Across the European Union. Shipping is free, with no minimum.

How long does delivery take?

Is the price VAT-inclusive?

Yes. The price you see is the price at checkout for EU customers.

Do you gift wrap?

Every piece ships in the same box, with the certificate and a pouch. There is no separate gift option because there is no lesser version of the packaging.

After the order

What comes with the piece?

A certificate recording stone type, carat, colour grade, clarity grade, cut and setting metal, plus a cleaning pouch.

What does the lifetime brilliance guarantee cover?

If a stone ever loses its brilliance in a way that cleaning cannot restore, we replace it. It does not cover loss, theft, or damage from impact.

Can I return a piece I have worn?

Within thirty days, yes, provided it is in a condition we can inspect and restock. The statutory EU right of withdrawal is fourteen days; ours is thirty.
