Shipping

Shipping is free across the European Union, with no minimum order. Every parcel is tracked and insured for its full value until it is signed for.

Orders placed before 13:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that, or at a weekend, go out on the next working day.

Prices shown include VAT for EU customers. There are no customs charges within the EU.

Returns

Thirty days, free

You have thirty days from the day you receive your order to return anything, for any reason, at no cost to you. Write to [TO FILL] with your order number and we will send a prepaid label.

The piece must come back in a condition we can inspect and restock, with the certificate. Having worn it is fine; having altered, resized or damaged it is not.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

Separately from the above, EU law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Our thirty-day policy is offered on top of that right and does not replace or limit it.

To exercise the statutory right, tell us in an unambiguous statement — email is sufficient — before the fourteen days expire. You may use the model withdrawal form below but you are not obliged to. Send the goods back within fourteen days of notifying us.

We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, within fourteen days of being informed, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you supply evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exchanges

Wrong size is the common case and we handle it as a return plus a new order, so you are never waiting on an inspection before your replacement ships. Tell us the size you need and we will get it moving.

Faults

Beyond the return window, EU consumer law gives you a two-year legal guarantee of conformity against defects present at delivery. If a setting fails or a stone comes loose in normal wear, write to us — we repair or replace.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Write to us first: [TO FILL]. If we cannot resolve it between us, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
